Why novels, especially after authoring so many textbooks? To be honest, it's so much fun for me to do this kind of writing! I decided to give it a try in 2017, and my first novel, Tequesta University, was published in 2018 and my second novel, titled The Last Page, was published in 2019!

The Last Page paints a picture of a would-be idyllic life of a professor and his wife on the Florida coast who mistakenly get involved in a too-good-to-be-true book deal. The attention to geographical detail and the plot twists at every turn keep the reader tuned in to The Last Page.

This book was quite enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the twists and turns that kept the reader wanting to keep reading. Anyone who enjoys reading a good mystery will enjoy The Last Page! I especially enjoyed the surprise ending as well as the attention to detail in the book. The Florida scenes made me want to return to see the sunsets.
A murder mystery in the sun! When I picked this up I was not exactly sure how the mixture of academia publishing, sun, drugs and murder would work but I was pleasantly surprised by this read. The book is well paced, easy to read (always a bonus) and written really well; as were the characters. There is a good deal of suspense in the book as you would expect but it is evenly spread out throughout the story, keeping you engaged and reading until the end. A highly recommended lockdown read.

Definitely a page turner. Thoroughly enjoyed this book. All of the characters were well developed. The story line was incredible. The sad part for me was that I finished this book in two days. It was hard for me to put it down. Cannot wait for the next book from this author. Well done!
The plot of "Professor turned student detective" kept me turning the pages of this book. An enjoyable well-plotted murder mystery with an array of creative, colorful characters.
